Hello MNHQ - my MN has gone funny again!

When I'm on active convos, it won't let me read profiles , when I click on a Mnetter with a profile I get a message telling me that to prevent unathorised changes I have to enter my emial and password and then it takes me to my profile, but on one elses.
Also on active convos it shows in blue who has profiles, BUT when I go into say chat, the whole topic appears to have no one with a profile, names which are showing as blue in active convos are black.Does that make sense? is it meant to be like this and I have missed something
