Hi Mumsnet - there is a lot of coursework/support going on atm, can we talk about it?

Some is in Student Parents - which I always think is about problems & stuff about being a student & a parent

Some is in Further Education - which I thought was about choosing really

But could something be cobbled together for working through stuff like coursework etc

Ideally with a way of downloading our written stuff temporarily for comment (like we can with photos)? iyswim

Does anyone agree?

Or would it be better to amalgamate it all together?

Or leave it alone?

Or do something else entirely?

What do people/MN think?

i think this would be a great way of supporting each other...especially as many mums do open university to fit in with their other commitments, and can feel a bit isolated with their studies.

maybe a homework section for parents? (and made clear not for discussing your kids schoolwork...

Hi KatyMac - it might be an idea to start a thread entitled coursework in student parents - so there's one place for these conversations. We'll also talk to Tech about the feasibility of a download option.
