You need to email Mumsnet, I found a discount code which wasn't working and they contacted the manufacturer and had it working very quickly. Sometimes it happens when third parties update their websites but fail to incorporate the links

You need to input the code yourself when you are making a purchase. If you look at the Mumsnet Members Discount Page you will find all the details on here. I will email Jo Jo to ensure the code is working properly though
