No matter how many times I customise when I log in the messages always read newest first when I want them to read down the page.
Also I have classic view selected but when I log on it always starts as the new layout until I post a message then goes to classic.
Is it because I'm on a mac or because I'm too stupid to change it properly?

Hi, the techs know about the order of threads problem with customise and are working to fix it. I'll double-check about the other problem and post if I can help. It's not your Mac and you're not being stupid

In Customise go to "Reading Direction" and select the option you would like.

Ps. I'm on a Mac too.
