Is there a way I can temporarily block myself from accessing MN?

I'm at home due to snow issues.

I work part time. In real terms at the moment this means I get paid part time but work full time because I have to work most evenings.

Yesterday I was supposed to do 8.00 til 12.30. Actually I went back in at 6 and got home at 1am.

I now have the chance to catch up a bit and relieve some of the pressure because I'm at home and I can't stop MNing!

I have no discipline. Block me..... PLease...

Do you have a firewall? DH will block MN sometimes, just to tease me.

God knows. Not very technologically minded!

Maybe I should out myself as a troll (even though I'm not)
