Could it please order the results with most recent at the top? Rather than ordering them alphabetically by topic?

oh good idea, NQC. I haven't really used the quick search because it comes up with so much stuff I can't be bothered trawling through.

oh no, I like it done by topic! cos if I search for "eggs" I can then go to all the ones in Food. or whatever and not have to trawl through all the ones in other unrelated threads!

But for many things, you get more than 500 results, so you won't see the Food results, it'll all be the AIBU threads.

If you just want the Food threads, you can use the advanced search?
