i just looked for the games too... i must be very unobservant... i searched for mumsnet games and this thread came up... they have gone then?!?!

Bleatblurt · 26/06/2009 19:51

They claim no-one used them.

Clearly a lie. At least 3 of us did!

I miss them. Woe.

frasersmummy · 26/06/2009 20:06

I noticed it when the site was revamped

I was well miffed.. have had to rely on zylom

maybe if we get enough people on the thread mn towers will listen

flamingobingo · 26/06/2009 20:06

I never even knew there were any! I'll play games!

beaniebaby25 · 26/06/2009 20:09

I'd play games if they were here too... i think we should start a petition

Boco · 26/06/2009 20:10

I played mah jong fortuna for sometimes 12 hours a day. I'm glad they've gone, I had rickets.

Horton · 26/06/2009 20:27

I didn't know there were games! And I love mah jong.

frasersmummy · 26/06/2009 20:27

i was addicted to big islands blends

Dumbledoresgirl · 26/06/2009 20:31

LOL I wondered who was talking about this as I still miss the games - and it turns out to be me!

I especially miss the Mahjong one although I now have a Mahjong pc game.

so you can find them all on zylom then? (goes off to have a look )

HecatesTwopenceworth · 27/06/2009 10:31

good. They were crap.

RustyBear · 27/06/2009 10:36

I used them - in fact I actually bought one via this site so that MN would get commission.
Justine said they got about 40p during the whole time they were there - not sure how much of that was down to my £14.99 game (I bought Jewel Quest II, which I have recently got for my iPhone, costing £1.59)

bran · 27/06/2009 10:50

If you're looking for games then Shockwave is the place to go. I bought a game through MN so that MN would get the commission but it was cheaper through Shockwave. There are lots of free-to-play-online games there too.

RustyBear · 27/06/2009 10:59

So was the commission 20p per game then bran - just you and me?
What did you buy?

I used to love playing Bunny Bounce, but I didn't buy it as I could never get further than level 6 or 7 & I didn't know if that was because the online version was limited, or just that I was crap at it!

EccentricaGallumbits · 27/06/2009 11:10

games? there are games? why did i not know this? i need muchmore distractionfrom essays. please return themimmediately and i promis i will play them.

bran · 27/06/2009 11:15

It must have been RB, it would have more useful to MN towers for me to have sent them a second class stamp. I didn't think the commission would be that low, it was a reasonably expensive game. I bought Build-a-Lot: town of the year (the second in a series of 3). I have the other two games in the series, bought from Shockwave. I rarely play the MN one as it has a glitch in it, although it would probably have had the same glitch if I had bought it from Shockwave.

Nighbynight · 27/06/2009 11:17

What games?
