I want the old look back !

I followed the customize button and saved the changes to go back to 'classic look' - but nothing changed...how do I do it ?

press refresh? Also classic doesn't make it like the old MN, just slightly better

All the nessages come up in alphabetical order - instead of when they were posted...? How do I change that ? Also it's really LIGHT coloured and I can't really read it - am I being crap ?
