'My daughter never had a nappy rash whilst she was wearing a nappy. I always washed her bottom with baby soap and water and applied vaseline - nappy rash free and a supper soft bum.'

my son never had nappy rash either but i didn't go to all that palaver!!

HelenMumsnet · 10/01/2009 12:24

Sorry about that, all.

Obviously, it was nearly dinnertime when we found that tip.

Not sure who at MNHQ to blame: we shall have to lunch launch an enquiry

foxytocin · 10/01/2009 12:32

basically what whitenoise said.

dd had nappy rash once. Turns out she was allergic to fecking Pampers.

FAQtothefuture · 10/01/2009 12:40

oh gawd - I couldn't imagine doing that everytime I changed DS3's bum! Obviously it gets cleaned if he's done a poo, but if it's just a wet nappy I whip one off, and the other straight on!

foxytocin · 10/01/2009 12:44

If I knew someone IRL who did that, I would also look for other signs of OCD about them.

staryeyed · 10/01/2009 13:03

It took me ten times of reading that to actually get it.

I was just about to ask if MNHQ were promoting cannibalism.
