is it just my mumsnet that appears a bit broken? or am I missing something?

Site went down for me for a while this evening, and then it has been a little slow.
I just went to click on an active conv with about 13 messages, but got the following message:

"Sorry, I can't find that thread"

Is it just mine being a bit wonky or did something kick off with 13 messages? Title didn't look too evil!

No, lots of people had it, there is a thread somewhere on site stuff. I didn't check to see if MNHQ came back with a reason.

did some threads disappear then as well as the site going off line?

Have you tried the thread again? It is possible that it was deleted by MNHQ if it was controversial. Or it may just have been a symptom of the apparant crash? I think someone on the other thread said something about this - appologies if it was you
