How do I get a thread on a Mumsnet Local that I am not local to ?

Someone suggested I post on the South Cumbria Mumsnet Local to see about a babysitter over christmas period, but I don't know how, can anyone tell me ?

click on site to join it
click on site once listed as one of your locals to go to its page
click on a thread title in Latest posts on local talk
start thread from there in normal way
