why does my mumsnet keep putting the threads upside down despite my preference being reading from oldest message first?

Have you been into 'customise talk board' (nect to active convos at top), second option down is order you read in, click 'oldest forst' then click save changes - that's the most important bit .

And me! Thought Id done something wrong somehow! How do we stop it being backwards then...?

sorry for asking the obvious question, but does it happen when you are logged in or not logged in? It annoyed me for a while then realised it was when I hadn't logged in or when I had left the computer for a while and it had logged me out.

aha! i have customised myself - and saved changes- but it might be when i am not logged in i suppose. will monitor that thought for a while! thanks!
