Do I have to change it every year?

I think so.

I have to change mine manually, whereas I think for kids it works it out automatically from date of birth

ElfOnTheTopShelf · 13/10/2008 19:07

I will go change it otherwise I'll get confused again about how old I actually am!

but that is nice, surely, you remain forever young.

needmorecoffee · 13/10/2008 19:07

maybe MN is the fountain of youth?

Nemoandthefishes · 13/10/2008 19:09

ohh never noticed that

ElfOnTheTopShelf · 13/10/2008 19:09

Well, I'm a bit dopey, I was telling everybody I was turning 28 this year so DH had to point out I was actually turning 27.
My profile still says 26 and I'm all confused again

you have to add the DOB of each of your kids when you register how many you have, therefore it works the age out from there. MNHQ have no idea how old you are as you do not fill in a DOB for yourself and so they do not update your age automatically
