Not Site Stuff - but need help with virus!!!

eek - our computer has just runs it's virus scan and it says it's found

Virus - JS.MHTMLredir!exploit - status - infected

What do I do??? It's saying 1 file infected but hasn't cleaned it or anything??

Can you google that and see if you can find a site that'll help you clean it?

has it quaranteened the virus?

I've googled and got completely lost - I'm ok googling most stuff but techy stuff just confuses me.

Have a look at this, it may not be doing anything bad (yet) and you can get rid of it!
