Updating the acronym list

LivvyW · 17/09/2008 20:41

May i suggest someone looks at updating it. I've been bored and delving into topics i wouldn't normally dip into, and in some of them i am completely lost.

Has it been a while since it was refreshed?

Hi there

Could you post some of the acronyms that are perplexing you?

Then we'll take a look and see what we can do

GiraffeAHolic · 18/09/2008 17:17

MadreInglese · 18/09/2008 17:17

I think some help with the TTC acronyms would be a good idea (and also what some of those words actually mean, and what stuff is )

MrsSprat · 18/09/2008 17:20

LMAO - que?

MadreInglese · 18/09/2008 17:21

The double meaning ones confuse me

people use DF as dear fiance or dear friend or dear father

BF as breastfeeding or best friend

I often have to re-read posts as I've misunderstood the acronyms

echooooooooooo

MrsSprat · 18/09/2008 17:22

oh right. Thanks, is that what you do when ROFLing excessively, owing to the friction?

SaintGeorge · 18/09/2008 17:23

Dunno, but it can get mighty messy if you PYSL, LYAO and then ROFL.

Not to be recommended

GiraffeAHolic · 18/09/2008 17:28

ok, why have I never heard that before?
