Discount link to GLTC doesn't seem to work

It might be me, it might be GLTC, but if you link to their site from Mumsnet, the discount is n't coming up.

AND... my shopping basket kept emptying, to the point where I have had to phone my order through. When I did this yesterday the girl said she couldn't aply the discount (but today they did) -is this the GLTC trying to get out of giving us our discount?

I had this problem a month or so ago.
Ended up phoning through order too, but when I asked for discount they gave it without question.
Could be the girl you got on phone was a bit inexperienced.

Hi Its Mumsnet HQ here. We are currently looking into this for you but it would be useful to know which link you clicked onto. Did you go via the members discount page within the site

or was it on another advert on Mumsnet? This will be handy to know when resolving the problem.

type in mumsnet or mnet (can't remember which) when you get to your shopping basket and voucher/code page.

I had a guess at this on Friday and got 10% off.

I have accessed the website both through the advert in the shopping section, and the advert in the discounts sections.

The telephone lady at GTLC said it came off automatically. (which it didn't) If I had trusted her, I would have paid full whack.

I did think about typing in Mumsnet into the "promotional code" box at check out... but thought we would be promtped to do that in the advert on Mumsnet!!
