Is there a way to bookmark where you have read to on a long thread?

On the 100 plus post threads, it can be a PITA trying to remember where you had read to. Is there anyway of bookmarking your point in the page, to come back to later?

I tend to put a comment saying I agree or lol to a specific comment and often copy the quote so I can find it.
