What's the next Mumsnet Book going to be about?

If indeed there is to be one.

I was just wondering if MN are planning another one and what it could be about.... coping with teens, surviving toddlerhood, keeping up with your child at school, conception/TTC advice, children with SN, .....

Any one else wondering?

A book that captures some of the humour of MN would be good. Funny snippets about motherhood etc.

"The Art of Touch-typing" by Mrs Coddy

I think that's a brilliant idea demented - it could be in the mini-book format (like those little Art of Feng Shite ones they sell at the checkout in waterstones). It'd make a brilliant present!

BTW - I am SO SORRY your book is still glowering at me from my bedside table sat atop its jiffy bag - I'm in italy now but I PROMISE I WILL GET IT SORTED UPON MY RETURN!

Slinky · 10/02/2005 22:10

LOLOL

brinkley · 10/02/2005 22:13

i second demented - there's some great material on here

i love the one that was somewhere along the lines of "did you trim your garden before labour" and someone came up with "not being very green fingered i didnt - in fact i didnt even clean the house" (sure i got that wrong - cant be arsed to re-check the thread - but u get the gist)

Demented · 10/02/2005 22:33

Oh now I'm blushing !

Spacedonkey no massive rush for the book, you could just about bury me in the amount of unread books I have it's a compulsion. Don't worry I won't be short of reading material, just whenever you can manage is fine.

Hi all, It's good to know you're so eagerly awaiting our next book. We have discussed the possibility of doing another one but it is just discussion at the mo, you'll be the first to know if any plans come to fruitation. In the meantime, keep your ideas coming in - we're open to all suggestions!

Cheers,
Rachel, Carrie and Justine
