Where do I respond to the Listerine survey/test thingy?

I am probably staring at it, but am wondering where I need to respond!

DS loved it.

DS2 loved it - so much so that I am going to suggest they put a childproof cap on the bottle .

saltire - have you found it?

I cant respond to the email as I cant get into my emails at the moment it keeps coming up error log in .

I hope they dont think I'm deliberatley non responsive
