What is a quiche or non quiche?

Clearly this has some meaning in mumsnet and I have no idea what these threads are on about - it's not in the acronyms either - help

a quiche has egg a non quiche is probably more of a pie

it is a standard dish to take to bbqs.

And somethign to climb into with your friends for a chat.

I thought chicken drumsticks and burgers were the standard dish

We're talking posh burgers aka gourmet burger kitchen and posh salads e.g. spinach feta and pea

Never served quiche and def never fruit shoots - can't bear them - yuk - gladly dc doesn't like them either
