What is a quiche or non quiche?

Clearly this has some meaning in mumsnet and I have no idea what these threads are on about - it's not in the acronyms either - help

We're talking posh burgers aka gourmet burger kitchen and posh salads e.g. spinach feta and pea

Never served quiche and def never fruit shoots - can't bear them - yuk - gladly dc doesn't like them either
