Why can't I log in to namechange - help someone please.

I need to log in, amongst other reasons to change back to my normal name as my email address is linked to this one with my RL name etc.

I can't log in and am definitely using the right email address and password. WHY?!?

Help somebody....I can't post (well not anonymously at least) and am getting the shakes as a consequence!

I wish it was that easy....I've tried both of the email addresses I have and both password combs and nowt. And to be honest I know which one it was registered under and the password and it's still not working.
