am i the only one who gets logged out!?

i find if im on for a while, leave the page up and maybe use msn or whatever, when i come back im always logged out. its really annoying. why is this?

I've been busy stopping and starting the server tonight. When I do that it logs everyone out. Sorry, we have to do maintenance sometimes. We keep it to a minimum and try to do it in quiet hours, but we can't avoid it altogether.
