How do I upload a pic from my laptop to mumsnet?

I want to ask the gardeners out there to identify a plant which I have seen. I have a pic of it on my laptop but not sure how to upload it as there is not a browse button when I am creating a thread.

Can anyone help me?

you can either create a profile and add a pic to that - you can make a profile through "my registration" up there ^

Or you could post the pic on a photo sharing site like photobucket or flickr.
