only just noticed it......and can't help but think that the blue isn't very obvious. With the blue on the links I don't think it stands out that well.

Perhaps a more "obvious" colour would be better??

It stands out better at the top of the individual threads than it does on the topic list.

it's the same colour as the links at the above it and all the add, watch, refresh, flip etc.

Yeah, but the links are on one line scattered amidst black text.

The disclaimer is a solid block of blue text.

Seems pretty clear to me.

Disclaimers on other threads (chat deletion warning, Legal etc) are in black and much more subdued.
