What's happened to the bar at the bottom of the screen

That used to have active and threads I'm on.

Disappeared for me.

It’s fine for me but sometimes it disappears, sometimes it floats irritatingly in the middle of the screen. Refreshing the app (chrome in my case) usually sorts it.

Thanks for letting us know. Is this still happening for you? We haven't made any changes to the bottom bar, so it may just be a temporary glitch.

If you're still having trouble, could you try clearing the stored website data for Mumsnet? This can sometimes help resolve these kinds of issues.

Here's how to check whether you can do this without affecting other websites:

1. Open Samsung Internet on your phone.
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines, usually at the bottom right).
3. Tap Settings.
4. Select Personal browsing data.
5. Look for an option to view or manage individual website data.
6. If this option is available, find mumsnet.com and select Delete or Clear data.

Please don't select the option to clear all browsing data, as this could affect other websites too. Once you've done that, close Samsung Internet completely, then reopen it and visit Mumsnet again. You may need to log back into your account afterwards.
