Juddering making scrolling impossible

I’ve opened a thread and it was impossible to scroll down as it was juddering so badly. I think it was an ad trying to load. This is on and iPhone, Safari and whatever the most recent iOS is.
I have recorded the juddering.

Was happening to me yesterday too.

Yep, has happened quite a few times to me too, over the last few weeks.
I’ve found refreshing the page on my iPhone helps.

Same here but I'm on a kindle fire tablet , it's really distracting when you're trying to read something and it judders all the time.
