I have a question regarding reporting posts , I have just discovered that since last Saturday, that instead of not receiving replies ( which was my assumption) instead they have instead been in my junk folder and even more odd , they now are headed as “ Mumsnet moderation “ !
is this new? , just me? An Apple app thing?

I have had something similar today. I had a reply which went to my inbox as normal, but it had ‘Mumsnet Moderation’ as the sender which is a change to the usual. Maybe some behind the scenes tweaking?

Odd! , has there been an announcement we have missed ?
is this to do with ai moderation?

It’s entirely possible that I missed an announcement 🫠
The AI moderation question is interesting.

I think MNHQ have a new reporting system, which is probably what this is.

You can open the email in your junk folder and move it to in box. There should be an option to mark it as not junk/ safe sender. If you can't find that, you can add the email address to your contacts and then it automatically marks future emails as safe for you.
