i wanted to log into the web page in order to hide the royal family chats - I believe you can only do that on the web?

but it seems my web password is not my app password - is the correct ? Before I go and change things and lock lock myself out !

Thanks for reaching out. You’re right that you can only hide topics on the website at the moment.

Your Mumsnet password is the same across both the app and the website, so the password you use to log into the app should also work on the website.

Just to rule out the obvious, could you double check that you’re entering the correct password? If you’re still having trouble logging in on the website, you may need to reset it. You can do that here: https://www.mumsnet.com/forgot-password

Don’t worry, resetting your password will update it for your Mumsnet account, so you’ll then use the new password on both the app and the website.

Think I was sucked into the Google login route ! It was a little hard to find the normal login
