Are we allowed to sell car seats in classified or swap?

Its not on the list - so does that mean no selling of car seats? I have a maxicosi cabriofix/isofix needing a new home - will ebay if not or willing to swap for a maclaren buggy.

I am looking for a rear facing car seat for a 4 year old too...not sure if it's allowed

People have been selling/buying them. Put it in the 'other' category. I think the only thing you can't sell is livestock?
