Active button returning 404 error on Android despite logging out

Active button not working, it gives me error 404 and I've tried logging out and back in with a different email address and it still doesn't work. I'm android.

Apologies for the delay getting back to you, and sorry you experienced this. We believe this happened because the site was incredibly busy, which resulted in some traffic being blocked.

We're looking into resolving this, but in the meantime, have you experienced the same issue again since reporting it?
