Email notifications have stopped despite settings still being correct

Ever since I've been on MNs (around 3 years or so) I've had email notifications whenever someone reacts to my posts or quotes them. This stopped about a week ago for no apparent reason. I definitely haven't changed my settings or done anything different. I checked my settings today and it certainly all seems to be set up to my email preference, but I found 50 notifications there. Anyone more techy than me (which is probably just about everyone) got any ideas please.

Thanks for getting in touch. This does seem a little unusual, as everything looks to be sending as normal from our side, but we can see that you haven't opened one of our emails since the end of July.

Would you mind checking your junk/spam folder to make sure they haven't started landing in there?

Thanks so much for replying. I think the problem may have resolved! I have two messages from Mumsnet today in my regular inbox. I did undo and then reset my settings yesterday so maybe that did the trick. Let's hope for the best. Again, many thanks for your help.

Sorry, edited to say that your email above did not go into my inbox. I found it by going into my account. So maybe the problem isn't as resolved as I thought. So I don't really know!
