Losing posts midway through typing

I’m on the mobile app and posts disappear midway through typing. When I go to close it as the text has disappeared, I’m asked if I want to discard post or edit - I’d like to keep the posts, but it’s pointless as the text has disappeared!

Apologies for only just getting back to you!

We’re going to take a look into this. Could you please let us know if you’re using Android or iOS and what version of the Mumsnet app you’re using?

You can check the version by opening the Mumsnet app and tapping the profile menu in the top right hand corner. You should then be able to see the app version at the bottom of the menu.

Yes this happened to me, it’s because it slides to the left so bloody easily! I wish it would save your post as a draft!

@Monitored, are you experiencing the same thing as @TotallyTangerineGeum? If so, would one of you be able to take a screen recording of this happening and send it to us via email at [email protected]?
