Page not scrolling to bookmarked post anymore

When I visit a thread that I've been reading, I'm taken to the top of the page where I've bookmarked a post but not to the actual post. So, I've then got to scroll down hunting for the new post which is a bit of a waste of my time.
1st world problem, I realise, but the page used to automatically scroll down to my bookmark until a couple of days ago.
I'm using Chrome on an android phone.

If you're able to reproduce the issue consistently, it would be really helpful if you could take a screen recording. Please start the recording before the issue occurs so we can see what happens leading up to it, then continue recording while the issue occurs.
