On the app, if I am on a post on a particular thread & then switch to a different window, when I go back the thread has closed & I just get a list of threads in the topic so I lose my place

Hi @Thebinisrightthere ,

Thanks for flagging this.

We've seen your other reports over the past couple of weeks too, and just wanted to reassure you that they have all been noted. We're investigating the various issues you've been experiencing with the app, and from what you've described they may well be related, so we're looking at them together rather than as isolated problems.

In the meantime, would you mind deleting the app completely and then reinstalling it? We know that's a bit of a faff, but it does sometimes resolve this sort of issue, so it's worth a try while we're continuing to investigate.

Thanks for bearing with us. We'll update you as soon as we have any more information.

Same problem here for ages.

Hi both,

Would you be able to take a screen recording of this happening and send it to us at [email protected]? That'll help us take a closer look, as we're struggling to recreate the issue on our side.

If you're not sure how to screen record on your device, just let us know what device you're using and we can send you some instructions.

We also released an update last week which should help with some general issues, so please check the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

Thanks for your patience!
