Why is Mumsnet advertising Made by Jessica despite poor quality concerns?

MADE BY JESSICA - I’ve just seen MN apparently promoting this site. A neighbour recently ordered some dresses from MADE BY JESSICA - they turned out to be cheap Chinese tat. Please remove such ads asap!

I got fooled by Made by Jessica after clicking on a Mumsnet ad. Returns are basically
impossible. They’re a Chinese company masquerading as a London boutique. I wish I’d checked trust pilot before I ordered.

There was a thread the other week poster was lured in and what they bought was rubbish with no returns, i was equally duped by another "of London" company. I assume mumsnet just run adverts and don't care.

There have been a couple of threads recently from MNetters caught out by the poor quality of MBJ so I agree that MNHQ should cease advertising. Suspect they won't, though. Money talks.

We’re looking into it at the moment and checking how many times this ad has been shown. We believe the number is quite small, but we’re still confirming that and working out the next steps, including where we’re able to block the ad.

While you're at it can you stop showing adverts that contain women in 'sexy' scanty lingerie that looks like it's really awful quality and Incredibly uncomfortable. And would only ever be purchased with the male gaze in mind. Bearing in mind the Ann Summers and knickerbox ones all look like the designs were created in the 80s?
