Why would a post be immediately hidden?

Why would a post into the SEN page be immediately hidden for MN to look at? It was about my son’s sleep, nothing controversial.

There are some trigger words that automatically hide a post. I know C-R-Y-P-T-O is one. Could you have used a trigger word? It might make good sense in your context but still trigger the automatic hide mechanism because of its use in a different context.

Did you use a word for chewable sweets? I think that’s another word that gets your post hidden

ShedWithGooglyEyes · 03/06/2026 07:39

The word for canvas trainers worn for PE is a trigger

Names of certain medication, particularly ones that are sedating or help people to sleep also get automatically hidden. Simply because those are often keywords used in spam adverts and bot posts.

@mynameiscalypso has it. “Sleep g***s” the Bach herbal ones. Hopefully a human will see it and reinstate. Thanks!!
