Receiving Unwanted Mumsnet newsletter emails….yet again😠

I wanted to know why I’m receiving Mumsnet newsletters in my emails. I’ve not signed up for these and I don’t want them. I’ve double checked my settings and I haven’t subscribed to anything. Am I missing something? Have I accidentally subscribed? The last time this happened it was a mistake by Mumsnet.
