iPhone App won’t load

I’m on an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 26.4.2
when I try to open the app, it crashes. I looked on the App Store to see if there was an update, but apparently not.

Hi @ClayPotaLot are you still having problems opening the app? There has been a recent update - the latest version is 45.3.6 but the previous version of the app should still work okay so we're not quite sure what's causing the crash on your device.

Let us know if you're still having this issue and we'll take a closer look.

I'm on android and it's taking ages to load and when it does it sort of slowly comes to life. It's weird

No idea either, but it's loading for me now!

Just updated to 45.3.6 and the app takes ages to load. I usually close it down between using as it makes my handset hot (an issue previously raised and never really solved).

It hangs on the Charlie’s Angels scene for several minutes. Sometimes it opens eventually and sometimes it doesn’t.

@JoMumsnet this is still happening to me today too, everything is updated but not working as normal.

Thanks, @reachoutandtouch this sounds as though the app may be hanging while loading rather than crashing outright. We’re going to look at what’s happening during app start-up, including whether anything is slowing things down before the app fully opens.

If you’re affected, it would be really helpful to know your device (e.g, iPhone 13 etc), and whether the app eventually opens or never gets past the opening screen.

And in a 'have you tried switching it on and off again' way, you could try uninstalling then reinstalling the app as this sometimes solves glitches.
