Why are my Style and Beauty threads being hidden for review?

I’ve twice tried to start a thread in Style and Beauty asking for where I might buy an item and linking to a website with a picture of the item, but both threads are “hidden until the MNHQ team can have a look at it.” I’ve only started a couple threads before, but they showed up immediately. Wonder what I’ve done wrong for these two?
