Unable to reply to messages on laptop using Edge

I've had a message that I would like to reply to - but cannot scroll down on the message reply screen to actually type it in.

This is on a laptop with Edge.

There doesn't seem to be messaging available on the app

Any ideas

Hi there @topcat2014 . We're afraid messages aren't currently available on the apps so you'll need to log in on the desktop site to view and reply to those.

I think OP means that she can’t reply to messages on her laptop using the Edge browser. They acknowledge they can’t use the app to message. I think you’ve misunderstood their query.

Ah! Thanks @User33538216 ! And apologies @topcat2014 - we see what you mean now. Assuming this is still the case this morning, can we ask if this is the case with other browsers, or just Edge? Just so we can work out what the problem might be. If you're able to share a screenshot of what you can see, that would be really helpful, too. Thank you!
