Cuts out any music/audiobook playing

I always used to scroll MN with music playing/audiobook but the last couple of weeks it now blocks out whatever I’m listening to whenever I open the app.
(I only use the app)
it’s so annoying so I’m logging in less and less

the same is happening to me too. I also just switch away from Mumsnet

This is happening to me too. I can’t listen to a podcast and scroll Mumsnet - he podcast gets turned off. @mumsnetcan you please look into this?

We've recently released a new version of the iOS app that fixes the issues with audio cutting out. The app should update automatically, but if you're still having problems please go to the App store and click on the Update button.
We're hoping to have it sorted on Android fairly soon, too.
