Is this ad causing the site slooooowness, jerkiness, reloading and crashing?

Don’t know if this ad is meant to look like this? Just makes me feel a bit murderous and want to swerve them tbh. I’m guessing that isn’t the point of them buying advertising space on the site.

it’s also coincided with increased crashing, slow loading and slow typing etc.

Anyone else?
