App doesn't take me to where I've been "mentioned" or "quoted"

I get an email to say I've been mentioned or quoted in a post but when I click on the link it just takes me to a list of threads

Click on icon on the top right (person and downward arrow) to see notifications. You'll see a list of watched thread updates by OP, posts by others, quotes and reactions.

That doesn't work in the app

Agreed - the app doesn’t work in the same way as the web version in many ways, and this is one of them

I have the same issue. Once the app is open, if I click again, it sometimes works.

Sorry, I uninstalled the app as I prefer the browser version and that is how I check notifications. I realise my post isn't beneficial as the app is different.

Hopefully you get a solution to this. 🥰
