Long threads - read to indicator

I’ve been following a lot of long threads recently. I use the app on Apple. I’m wasting a lot of time trying to get back to where I read before.

For example, I come back on and it shows 36 updates. To view these I flip the thread and then count back. Or I have to remember the rough time I last read the thread, flip the thread and then scroll down to roughly that time, which isn’t always effective.

I’d like to be able to come back to the thread, get taken to where I last read to with an indicator on screen. Can we get a ‘new’ indicator like you get on Slack? It shows a red line with New and anything below it is still to be read.

if you press the 3 dots I’ve circled in red then it will give you the option to bookmark the post you are up to. Then when you reopen the thread it takes you to that bookmark 😊
