Could we have a dedicated Flight Radar thread in Fun and Games?

Could we please have a Flight Radar (or flight tracking) topic? Would probably sit well in Fun & Games.

Last night's Storm Dave shenanigans showed just how many of us are avid Flight Radar users.

I would rather it wasn't part of that forum tbh as I might have that blocked. I'm not interested in online puzzles etc but I do like reading about flight radar and the santa tracker on here. Can't it have a designated thread in Chat?

Anyway, that’s enough Easter existential navel-gazing from me. A dedicated thread sounds like a great idea - but it feels like one for users to start in Fun & games rather than a dedicated topic. Let us know your thoughts.

I'm as fascinated as the next person with the Flight Radar app, but I don't think it needs its own board on here.

No we don't just want a thread, there are plenty of different threads about flight tracking. We want a dedicated board so that all the separate threads about it are in one place.
There are separate conversations to be had within a topic.

How about incorporating into the holiday board? Add Marine traffic to the section as well. It’s all rather addictive to us folks who like to travel.

I have often wondered if a general traffic thread would be useful.
I dont think it would be much use for general delays, but long term road closure, new/ changed bike lanes, major train changes ( like Manchester picadilly a month or so ago ) and stirikes it may be.

But a dedicated topic for watching flights and ferries would be really good . It means all threads would be in one place so we don't have loads of different threads saying the same time.

But ‘chat’ is just one of the sub-boards that comes under ‘fun and games’. There are many sub-boards that come under the ‘fun and games’ topic.
