MN is signing me out and making me sign in again, also making me accept advertising (I’m not on Premium)

It’s worth trying in an incognito/private browsing window as a quick test.
If things work normally there, it usually points to something in your main browser (like an ad blocker or privacy extension) interfering with cookies. If it’s the same in incognito, it’s more likely to be a browser setting blocking cookies altogether.
