'Disable adblocker' message despite no adblocker! Anyone else? And how to fix?

I keep getting the 'disable adblocker' message, despite having NO adblockers enabled on mumsnet. It's random, but was happening a lot yesterday. Obviously it's not happening now as I'm able to get in to type this message.

I tried to access help last night via a link on the message itself, but I had to choose an option as to which adblocker I had - none! So I chose Admiral as that's the one I disabled.

Today I received a long winded message about how to disable the Admiral blocker - which is no use.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any way to contact mumsnet about this?

I get these! I have no ad blocker, and when I click on ‘disable ad blocker’ the error window remains meaning I can’t then read Mumsnet at all. I contacted help, but had no reply.

@herbaceous - it's so annoying, isn't it? How did you contact help, if you don't mind me asking?

I can’t really remember! There was an option on the pop-up box. It directed me to an unhelpful survey about which as blocker I was using. Which as the answer is ‘none’ didn’t help. I think there was an option to ask them to contact me. Which they didn’t.

I get this about 20% of the time. No ad blocker in use though.
