Where is the link to mumsnet Ts and Cs?

I’m sure it’s obvious but I can’t find a link anywhere. How do we even get hold of mumsnet ‘customer service’ if we have a query? I’ve clicked every link showing and have resorted to asking here for traffic. I just want to name change and find out if the new name is linked to the old name. Thankyou all

Hi OP, we've got a handy FAQs page which should cover most of the questions you have about using Mumsnet and how to contact us.

About name changing, only us at MNHQ are able to see when posters have changed their usernames, so other posters are not able to link them.
