Fake/scammy/virusey redirect

Not sure how to send a message to MN so putting this here. I was reading a thread and the page redirected to the site in the screen shot. Not a pop up or separate page, I had to press the back button to get back to the thread. I don’t have Norton on my phone or computer so this was completely fake and a bit concerning that presumably an infected ad?? can do this

Do you happen to remember where you were on site (feel free to share a link to the thread), or if there were any memorable ads on the screen when this happened? We're looking into it now but any extra information you can share would be really helpful.
