Keep getting sent to Amazon site from just scrolling

Anyone else having this problem on the app? I’m just trying to read the thread scrolling down and keep being sent to Amazon as it’s so sensitive it immediately goes to it when you scroll down. It’s so irritating and happened before with the Shein ads. Anyone else having this problem?

Definitely still happening. The same thing went on with a Temu ad recently. I don't understand why these things aren't checked by Mumsnet.

Still doing it. And it’s not doing anything for my opinions of Mumsnet and Amazon.

Hi @Ladyofwoods The Temu ads should be blocked now but if you spot any again that are causing this issue, please do let us know.

Regarding the Amazon ads causing this problem, we're looking into this now. We understand that it's probably tricky to get any screenshots of the ad itself as it's sending you to the site as you scroll past, but if anyone does spot it before it manages to redirect them and is able to grab a screenshot, please do post it here and it might help us track these latest ads down a bit quicker. Thank you.

It’s STILL happening! On the ‘Carpe deals’ advert. Infuriating!

@JoMumsnet its not just the Amazon ad, it’s all of them. They’re so big that it’s impossible to scroll in the app without inadvertently touching them and then getting sent to the webpage.

The post office won’t accept them because Amazon doesn’t send via Royal Mail

Yes, three times this morning, the border of it is white so you touch it without realising. It's very crafty of them. Has put me off buying from Amazon, I've been looking elsewhere and buying direct from the manufacturers/companies these last few days, it's working out well.
